Welcome to the Terms & Conditions of SuccessBeacon. These terms outline the roles, responsibilities, and expectations between you (the student) and us (the consultancy). By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We are committed to supporting your academic journey.
1. Services Provided
SuccessBeacon offers education consultancy services, including:
- Selection of universities or institutions
- Assistance with applications and document preparation
- Guidance on visa applications and scholarships
- Pre-departure advice and financial planning
2. Accurate Information
Students must provide accurate and truthful information. Misrepresentation may impact university selection, assurances, or service fees.
3. Exclusive Email Credentials
Students must create and share a new Gmail account exclusively for SuccessBeacon, used for university and visa applications. Credentials will be returned post-admission.
4. Document Submission
All required documents must be submitted on time. Delays may affect the application process.
5. Service Fees
Fees cover services specific to the selected package.
6. Package Details
Inclusions and exclusions are detailed in the โEnrollment Package Detailsโ document. Students must review them carefully.
7. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided once the university list has been shared or the enrollment form submitted. The service fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
8. University Rankings
SuccessBeacon provides guidance, but students should evaluate universities beyond just rankings.
9. Feedback Limit on University Shortlisting
Feedback sessions for shortlisting universities are limited. Additional sessions may not be offered.
10. Admission Decisions
SuccessBeacon does not guarantee admission. Final decisions rest solely with the universities.
11. Assurance Levels
Assurance levels vary by service package and initial counseling. Students should choose a package that aligns with their expectations.
12. Preference Limitations
Students must prioritize either a course or location, not both, for effective guidance.
13. Course/Specialization Selection
Students must finalize their course/specialization during counseling. Course names may differ but have similar modules.
14. Visa Approval
SuccessBeacon provides visa guidance but cannot guarantee approvals. Visa decisions rest with the respective authorities.
15. Deferment Terms
Deferment terms, including limits and procedures, are outlined in the Annexure.
16. Travel Arrangements
SuccessBeacon offers guidance but does not arrange travel. Students are responsible for their own bookings.
17. Budget Planning
Students should account for fluctuations in tuition fees and currency exchange rates.
18. Post-Admission Responsibilities
Students are responsible for managing post-admission tasks, including document submissions and university deadlines.
19. Accommodation Guidance
SuccessBeacon provides advice but does not secure or manage student accommodations.
20. Confidentiality
All student information is kept confidential and used solely for consultancy services.
21. Limitation of Liability
SuccessBeacon is not liable for any losses or delays due to external processes such as visa processing or third-party services.
22. Unforeseen Events
In case of disruptions (e.g., pandemics, shutdowns), students must cooperate in exploring alternative solutions.
23. Amendments
SuccessBeacon reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
